Foreign scholars under the Federal Government’s Bilateral Educational Agreement Scholarship, on Wednesday, lamented the sudden deduction in allowances by the Federal Scholarship Board. Some of the affected scholars and parents who spoke to our correspondent in Abuja lamented the government’s decision.
